Homemade Spaghetti Bolognaise
I am going to make spaghetti bolognaise tonight – it is one of my favourite meals ever. I am going to buy some of Tesco’s finest mice meat. Once i have the meat I will prepare all my other ingredients, such as dice the onions, mushrooms and garlic. I will them brown up the meat in a separate pan. Once the meat is brown I will drain off any excess fat in the bottom of the pan. Next I will add a beef stock to some boiling water and then put the mixture all together with a Ragu Sauce.
I have also bought some garlic bread and parmesan cheese to go with the meal – yum! In addition to this, we are having a nice glass of wine to go with the spaghetti bolognaise meal.
