New Years Food Resolutions

After the Christmas parties and drinks and Christmas lunches and dinners one of the things most people think about doing come January is to loose those extra pounds they have put on via the different foods consumed over the holiday period. However you need to stick to a common sense eating plan with healthy foods such as a fruit and vegetables but it’s not always easy to make it last. The first thing we need to do is cut down on food which has high sugar and fat content. Instead this needs to be replaced by starchy carbohydrates such as bread, rice and pasta.
