Locust Lane Grapes

I am so angry about the proposed minimum price for alcohol. I am not an alcoholic, therefore why should I have to pay more for my alcohol just because some inconsiderate and self indulgent people cannot resist the urge to drink themselves into a stupor? If people have been classed as alcoholics then they should be the ones paying more – not me!

It is those people who are costing the NHS thousands and are causing the break down in civil society. That minority should be punished, not the genuine people, like myself who enjoy a civilized drink in moderation on the odd occasion.
