With our lives becoming more and more busy with work, leisure and home responsibilities it’s easy when it comes to food to go for the quick easy options such as frozen packet foods, ready made meals and microwavable packs. However these aren’t always the healthiest options. Lack off time when preparing foods doesn’t mean we should make poor food choices. Week by week it’s worth planning your menus’ – that way when doing the weekly shop you always have the healthy foods already stocked up and ready in your cupboard and Friday.
